We also draw up CAD plans, 3D renders and design and produce content for your event. We can Suggest and source new technologies and systems to enhance your attendee experience. Our content producers can also help you with graphic design, video production, website, and app creation for any event. You will be assigned a production manager who can organise all your technological aspects of your event and be onsite to manage the delivery.

In the speaker prep room presenters can view their presentation, make corrections and get professional assistance in editing their presentation. This ensures it always works seamlessly in the room. We have very experienced customer service audio visual technical directors who run this service, we take the stress out of your presenters on the day in providing this service. Our systems can collate presentations uploads prior to the event and file them in the correct rooms. We check all presentations and make sure all videos can be played. Show Caller
We offer a service where we can help you formulate an audio-visual run sheet (with Audio visual cues) for your event and can offer an experienced show caller who has knowledge in every facility in terms of audio visual and lighting equipment. This person generally oversees the running of the show and can make sure all operators have been briefed before a cue needs to happen live. Think of this as a broadcast producer but in a live environment. We have very experience personal that can provide this service as generally a client who has no experience in audio visual can really struggle with this task. Gliding Wings has constructed an online virtual media production system which permits us to engage with your presenters and professionally record them in-home. This can be used when a presenter can’t attend an event day or used for online purposes. We have the ability to meticulously edit out mistakes and come up with a final product that surpasses our competitors. We can set up backdrops with your event branding and overlaying the video and presentation together. Offering sponsorship in branding is a great way in generating revenue.
